Hotel policies

We require all the customers to follow some basic rules:

  • A kid under the age of 3 is allowed to stay for free using the existing beds
  • No pets are allowed

Reservation policies

  • As a general rule, customers do not have to pay in advance to make a reservation. However, they may be required to pay a deposit of 15% of the total stay under special dates or reservations for long stays
  • The rest of the payment is made after the check-in
  • Only rooms are rented

Cancelation policies

  • If a deposit is required, it will not be refundable, unless special conditions are met. Otherwise, no extra fees will be charged for cancelations.

As it has been mentioned, the reservation policies are subjected to changes in special dates, such as holidays, summer season and long weekends.
